Azipholisa Consulting Group was established recently in Midrand, Gauteng Province, by Rose Qengwa, a visionary in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Psychology. Rose, driven by her passion for optimizing workforce potential and improving organizational dynamics, recognized a significant gap in the market for specialized psychological consulting services tailored to the unique needs of various industries, particularly mining. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources and accreditation as a Registered Psychometrist and Industrial and Organisational Psychologist, Rose was well-equipped to address the complexities of human behavior in the workplace. Her expertise and commitment to ethical practices laid the foundation for Azipholisa Consulting Group. From its inception, the company has focused on delivering evidence-based, customized solutions to enhance organizational performance and employee well-being. Inspiration and Motivation Behind the Company Name
The name "Azipholisa Consulting" holds deep personal significance and embodies the values and inspirations that drive our company. The story behind the name is a heartfelt tribute to the most important people in my life—my family.
“From the moment I got married, I dreamed of having twins—a girl and a boy. However, life had a different, beautiful plan for me. I was blessed with two incredible daughters who have become the pillars of my strength and inspiration. My firstborn daughter, Sinovuyo Lisa, and my youngest daughter, Azizipho, bring immense joy and purpose to my life. Their names, representing joy and gifts, reflect the positive and nurturing spirit we aim to bring into our work at Azipholisa Consulting.”
Adding to this familial tapestry, Rose’s brother was blessed with twin boys, Pholisa and Aphola, which she saw as a divine answer to her prayers for twins within the family. The presence of the twins further enriched the family lives and added to the collective inspiration behind the company's name.
Thus, "Azipholisa Consulting" was born, a name that combines elements from all these precious names:
